Jeremy began his career in the residential construction industry where he operated a successful construction firm focused on building high quality residential homes.  In 2008, he began operating a machine shop until he transitioned into the liquid filling and packaging industry in 2015.  He prides himself in his ability to mobilize synergistic teams through honest communication and empowering his team members to work autonomously. When asked about what clients could expect from Jeremy, he responded, My handshake is my currency.  I approach my clients as friends and guarantee that our interactions will be honest and transparent.  Integrity is everything in business. When he's not exceeding client expectations at Fluid, you can find him enjoying time with his daughter, watching sports (except hockey or soccer because they're lame), or keeping up with politics or the stock market.

Mike Cigan

Engineering Manager

From a young age, Mike discovered his passion for understanding how things work.  He spent a good part of his childhood in the garage with his father repairing vehicles.  He leveraged that passion throughout the first phase of his professional career as a Journeyman Machinist, a title which he obtained in 2014.  Prior to arriving at Fluid, Mike's work as a Journeyman spanned a broad range of industries and applications; repairing everything from baking to refinery equipment.  He's also worked in the construction industry and as a Maintenance Technician. As Design Engineer for Fluid, Mike leverages his breadth of experience and knowledge to create original filling, capping, and labeling solutions customized to meet the unique needs of each client.  He takes great pride in approaching each project with the highest level of integrity, attention to detail, and transparency. When he's not designing the World's most cutting-edge equipment here at Fluid, Mike finds it hard to relax, often dedicating much of his time to remodeling his home.  He and his wife, Mary, are both happiest outdoors and can often be found hiking, kayaking, backpacking, or gardening.

Bill Wunder

Account Manager

The sheer volume of equipment options and customizations can often make navigating the liquid filling landscape an intimidating, confusing, and frustrating experience; particularly if you're just getting started.  At Fluid, we solve this problem by embracing a help-first mentality and by approaching every Fluid customer as a trusted friend.  That trust begins with our sales professionals who partner with you to identify your operational objectives, offer process and equipment insights that will maximize your investment, and who work collaboratively with our design and engineering teams to help you navigate each step of our proven process. As Account Manager with Fluid, Bill plays a critical role in ensuring that every customer interaction we create is executed with a level of professionalism and value-added expertise unparalleled in our industry.  Bill arrived at Fluid after developing an impressive breadth of experience in the beverage industry, in which he served from 2011 through 2021.  During that time, he helped to launch one of the largest non-alcoholic beverage suppliers in North America and was instrumental in shaping the sales processes and marketing events of several large scale beverage brands.  Prior to that, he spent more than five years in various sales management roles. Our customers praise Bill for his authentic communication style, product expertise, and dedication to thoroughly addressing all of their concerns and needs in an empathetic fashion.  Bill takes great pride in his ability to help our customers break down complex processes, identify mission critical solutions, and ultimately lift the veil of frustration customers often encounter in our industry. When he's not creating World-class experiences for our customers, you're likely to find him on the disc golf course, cycling, playing guitar, or enjoying a craft beer.  He also enjoys cooking, traveling, stand-up comedy, meditation, managing his investments, or spending time at the lake near his home in Valparaiso, IN.

Jonni Johnson

Office Manager

Great organizations are defined by the experiences they create for their customers.  At Fluid, Jonni plays a critical role in ensuring that we consistently exceed our customers' expectations and provide the support our vendors and colleagues deserve.  As our Office and Special Projects Manager, she's the glue that keeps our operation running smoothly.  Call or email Fluid for the first time and there's a decent chance Jonni will be the person you will interact with. Since her introduction to our industry in 2014, Jonni has honed her skillset through a dedication to tackling new challenges and overcoming barriers, largely as a result of self-instruction.  Our customers consistently compliment Jonni for her promptness, professionalism, and disposition for going out of her way to ensure a world class experience.  Like all of us at Fluid, she shares our passion to design and deliver the highest quality equipment our industry has to offer. When she's not making the gears turn at Fluid, Jonni cherishes her time spent with her kids, particularly if that time is spent outdoors (in the warmer months), at the beach, kayaking, or lounging by the pool.  She's also a huge animal lover and looks forward to time spent with friends, especially if there's a dartboard in the vicinity.

Dan Grasser

Application Engineer

Dan dedicated the first 17 years of his career to restaurant management, where he developed an appreciation for the value of training, service, sanitation, and HACCP. He has applied those skills to the liquid filling industry where he has spent the last 21 years honing his passion for operator education, product consistency, batch processing, cleaning and sanitation, and error prevention. Throughout his career, Dan has developed a unique ability to help clients discover their objectives by asking generative questions. He leans on his industry knowledge to develop creative solutions for clients. When we asked him what clients can expect from him, he told us, "I rarely find that what clients think they want for their project is what they actually need to help them accomplish their goals. I have no interest in simply selling you a piece of equipment because we happen to have it in stock and I have little respect for other packaging companies who approach their clients with that sort of transactional mindset. You'll always get an honest answer from me and I'll do everything possible to ensure that you're thrilled with your results!" When he's not busy helping clients at Fluid, Dan spends his time woodworking, camping, cooking, and spending time with his family.

Josh Johnson

Procurement Specialist

In his book Delivering Happiness, Tony Hsieh (Founder of Zappos.com) characterizes his approach to working with vendors as following The Golden Rule: Treat others as you’d like to be treated.  Zappos developed a culture aimed at creating incredible experiences for their customers, employees, and vendors; the latter of which Hsieh notes are critical business partners because of their expertise in what they do.  We couldn’t agree more.  Approaching each vendor as a collaborative partner positions us to take better care of our customers.  That’s where Josh comes in. As Procurement Specialist, Josh has primary responsibility for purchasing all of the supplies we use in the course of our daily operations.  He maintains clear and consistent communication with each supplier to ensure that we receive the correct materials and that they arrive on time.  His critical role makes it possible for us to keep our production and delivery timelines on schedule. Prior to arriving at Fluid, Josh managed the labor crew for Eddy Street Commons in nearby South Bend where he was responsible for securing materials and tools and for setting daily objectives and holding the team to account for completing said objectives on time. When he’s not busy securing supplies for us here at Fluid, Josh enjoys watching football and baseball, playing video games (his current game of choice is Call of Duty 4), or traveling.  He recently took a trip to Las Vegas during which he visited the Hoover Dam and thoroughly enjoyed The Fremont Street experience.  Beyond that, Josh cherishes his time with his brother, two sisters, and parents who all reside in Northwest Indiana.

Bud Dow

Lead Technician

Ask anyone who has been in or around the liquid packaging industry since 2012 if they've worked with or know of Bud Dow and you're likely to get an affirmative response.  Since his introduction into liquid packaging, Bud has developed a strong reputation for solving complex problems with creative solutions; which is why he spends a good deal of his time at Fluid in our production shop staging, testing, and perfecting filling equipment.  He works collaboratively with our engineering and design teams to ensure that our custom equipment is both effective at solving the customer's needs and also practical to operate. When Bud's not in our production shop, you'll likely find him at one of our customers' facilities educating their employees on how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot their equipment; a function he's quite passionate about.  Dan Grasser from our Engineering/ Design team summarized Bud's empathy for our customers, saying, Bud understands that the operator isn't expected to know everything and I don't know anyone who Bud has ever trained who have anything bad to say about Bud Dow. Bud spends his time away from Fluid tinkering around with classic cars, homebrewing, and spending time with family and friends.

Bryce Clark

Technician

Our success as a liquid packaging design and fabrication company is directly proportional to the ability of every Fluid team member to solve problems, a skill that is especially critical during the fabrication and testing phase of our process.  That's where Bryce's ability to think outside of the box, paired with his willingness to get his hands dirty, really sets Fluid apart from the competition.  Having worked in the liquid filling industry since 2016, Bryce has a broad level of experience that extends from his current role as an Operations Technician to also include the areas of purchasing to fabrication. He spends most of his time here at Fluid assembling, staging, and testing the equipment we design while continuously ensuring that our production shop runs smoothly.  When we asked him what our customers should expect from him he told us, Customers should expect that I'll go out of my way to understand and solve their problems and they're likely to accuse me of being professional but down to Earth and easy to work with. When Bryce isn't tearing it up on our shop floor, you may find him spending his time with The Indiana National Guard, where he has proudly served as a Military Police Team Leader since 2012.  Beyond that, he enjoys tinkering around the house and relaxing with his family and friends.
